Reporting bugs/problems

If you are reporting a problem, please include the following information:

• Your device's name and model (i.e. iPhone 5s)
• The iOS (or OS-X) version running on your device. The iOS version is available from Settings->General->About->Version.
  The OS-X version is available from the Apple Menu (Click on the Apple icon in menu bar) by selecting the "About This Mac" menu item"
• The version and build number of ScipherKey as it appears in the "About" page.
• Please provide as much information as possible about the problem. If the problem is reproducible, please provide a step by step procedure to reproduce the problem.
• A picture is worth a thousand words. So if possible, please include screen shots showing the problem. To create a screen shot, 1) Press and hold down Home button, 2) Press and release the Sleep button, 3) Release the Home button. This will create a screen shot in your photo album.
  To create a screen shot on Mac, press Command+Shift+4, then press the space bar, and then click anywhere on the ScipherKey window. The screen shot will be saved on your desktop.
• Never include your sensitive information in any email communication. If you need to explain the problem with some data, please try to reproduce the problem with fake information first, then email the information using fake data and screen shots.
